About the pump
In our cosmetic OEM process, or in the communication with customers, some people do not know much about the packaging materials of cosmetics. There are various combinations of packaging materials. Today, let's talk about the pump separately.
1. The dispensers are divided into two types: ligation nozzle type and screw nozzle type. Functionally, they are also divided into spray, foundation cream, emulsion pump, aerosol valve, vacuum bottle, etc
2. The size of the pump head is determined according to the diameter of the matching bottle body. The spray size is 12.5mm -- 24mm, and the water output is 0.1ml/ time -- 0.2ml/ time.
3. The emulsion pump has a wide range of specifications from 16mL to 38ml, and the water output is 0.28ml/ time to 3.1ml/ time. It is generally used for cream and washing products.
4, vacuum bottles are usually cylindrical, specifications of 15ml-50ml, some have 100ml, the overall capacity is small, is based on the principle of atmospheric pressure, can avoid cosmetics in the use of pollution, vacuum bottles have anodized, plastic electroplating and colored plastic, more expensive than other containers, ordinary order quantity requirements are not high.
5, multi-use PP material (production machine: injection molding machine), the outer ring with aluminum anodized cover, also with electroplating process, bronzing, silver.
(1) According to the function of bottle:
① The pump head of the vacuum bottle, without straw + cover
②For the pump head of ordinary bottle, the suction pipe + casing or without casing is required.
(2) According to the function of the pump head:
① Lotion pump head (suitable for lotion content, such as lotion, body wash, shampoo)
② Spray pump head (suitable for water properties, such as spray, toner)
3. According to appearance:
① A cover pump head, the cover plays a protective role. (Usually used for products with small capacity - less than 100ml)
② no cover pump head, with special design, can be locked, will not be squeezed out of the content, play a protective role, easy to carry, reduce the cost (commonly used capacity comparison of products -100ml or more), daily line of body wash and shampoo pump head design is more than no cover.
